Welcome to Fantasy Bouncy Castles!
FANTASY bouncy castles are the perfect way to add entertainment for Tamariki for any event. However, before your make your booking please ensure that you have read our terms and conditions to keep everybody safe and ensure our inflatables are well maintained for all to enjoy.
Prices
All prices on website are an estimate only.
The prices stated are for the hire of the Bouncy Castle only.
Delivery fees are calculated dependant on address.
A non refundable deposit of $50 is required to make a booking, this is included in quoted hire and is not an additional cost. Deposit price may increase when multiple castles or long distance travel is requested.
A soilage fee of $70 applies to any bouncy castle/equipment left in an unacceptable state.
A damage fee will be charged if any damage has been caused to the castles/equipment.
This includes but is not limited to the cost of a replacement castle/equipment if the damage is irreversible.

Bouncy Castle hire Terms and Conditions
It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring any equipment provided by FANTASY to ensure that all steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the equipment. Please ensure all safety and care instructions are followed as below.
All age/weight limits are adhered to and the inflatable unit is not overcrowded.
All sharp objects are kept well away from the inflatables and a 2 meter distance kept around the inflatables.
No food, drinks or gum aloud on or near the inflatable. If something is accidentally spilt please clean immediately with a clean damp cloth.
All shoes, jewellery, glasses, badges to be removed before using the inflatable and stored in a safe space away from the inflatable.
No face paint, silly string, party poppers, water balloons/guns allowed on the inflatable. If any of this does happen to get on an inflatable please clean immediately with a clean damp cloth.
No smoking, fires, BBQ’s or heat sources near the inflatables.
No pets, toys, or sharp objects near the inflatables. We do allow for a clean ball to be used with the hoop inside the inflatables.
If children become dirty please ensure they clean off any dirt/mud ect before entering the castle. If children become wet from swimming ect please ensure they dry themselves before entering the castle.
Make sure the area is inspected and monitored for any sharp objects or hazards before and during the hire.
The area around the unit must be kept clear a minimum of 2 meters.
The inflatable unit must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and periodically monitored for unsafe conditions.
Ensure children are not behaving in a manner that could cause injury or distress to other or cause damage to the inflatables.
It is dangerous to climb, hang or sit or pile up on or against the sides of the unit and this is not allowed. The step/slide is there to assist the users from getting on/off the unit and must not be used for bouncing.
No one is to be on the unit during inflation and deflation. All children must be kept away from the blower and the power source. If the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. Turn the blower off at the mains and then switch it on again within a few minutes, it should restart. Please contact us immediately if it doesn’t. Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.
In the event of rain please have a responsible adult ensure all children are removed from the inflatable and the blower is turn off and moved under shelter. Please remove any water with a dry towel. In the event of continuous rain we reserve the right to collect the inflatable early. During hot weather the inflatables can become hot to the touch so please take caution.
Inflatables must not be used if winds are over 38 km/h. If it gets windy, remove all children from the inflatable and turn the power off.
Never try to move or reposition the inflatable unit from original position of set up, please insure pegs holding the unit down are not removed as this could be dangerous. Please do not attempt to dismantle or pack up the inflatable we will do this on collection.
The inflatable must be in the same condition as when it was delivered. FANTASY reserve the right to take photos of any inflatable on your property for proof if it is later picked up in an unacceptable condition. A $70 cleaning charge will apply to the person hiring any unit that is not up to standard on pick up. A damage fee will be charged if any damage has been cashed to the castle. This includes but is not limited to the cost of a replacement castle if the damage is irreversible.
